Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Short Version

– A **$100 per space, per stay** deposit is required to lock in your rate.
– We do not issue credits or refunds for the discomforts of nature.
– Refund eligibility depends on **when your stay is scheduled** and **how far in advance you cancel** — see the chart below.
– We do not issue refunds for early departures.
– Guests are responsible for removing all RVs, vehicles, and personal property when they leave the park.

Deposits

Coho RV & Marina (“we,” “us,” or “our”) requires a deposit of **$100 per space, per stay** to confirm a reservation and lock in the rate published at the time of booking. Locking in the rate is governed by our [Pricing Policy](https://cohorv.com/pricing-policy).

The deposit does not, by itself, guarantee a specific space — only the rate. A specific space may be reserved by paying an additional space-lock fee in advance.

Upon execution of a rental agreement, the deposit is applied to the first payment due under that agreement.

Cancellation and Refund Schedule

Refund eligibility depends on the season in which your stay is scheduled.

Stays scheduled outside the summer season (before June 1 or after September 30)

– **48 hours or more before your scheduled check-in:** full refund of the deposit available on request.
– **Less than 48 hours before check-in:** deposit is non-refundable.

Stays scheduled during the summer season (June 1 – September 30)

– **Two weeks or more before your scheduled check-in:** 50% of the deposit ($50 per space, per stay) is non-refundable; the remaining 50% is refundable on request.
– **Less than two weeks before check-in:** the deposit is non-refundable.

The non-refundable portion of the summer-season deposit applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, except where otherwise noted in this policy.

Deferring a Reservation

Up to **48 hours before your scheduled check-in**, you may elect to apply the full value of your reservation to a future stay rather than cancel outright. Future stays are subject to availability.

Please note: a deferred reservation is **re-priced at the rates in effect on the date the new stay is booked**. The original locked rate is forfeited when a reservation is deferred. This is consistent with our [Pricing Policy](https://cohorv.com/pricing-policy).

Early Departures

We do not issue refunds for unused nights when guests choose to depart earlier than their scheduled checkout date.

## Vacating the Park

At the end of your stay, all guests must remove all RVs, camping vehicles, trailers, passenger vehicles, and other personal property from the park. CoHo RV and Marina is not responsible for any belongings left behind.

Discomforts of Nature

By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that Coho RV & Marina does not issue credits or refunds for conditions arising from nature — including but not limited to weather, wildlife activity, insects, smoke from regional fires, or other environmental factors outside our control.

Group, Long-Term, and Seasonal Reservations

Group bookings, long-term stays, and seasonal reservations may be governed by separate written agreements with cancellation and refund terms that differ from those above. Where a written agreement exists, the terms of that agreement control.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. The version of the policy in effect at the time you make your reservation is the version that applies to that reservation.
