Place for Your Oregon Adventure Since 2002
We Wanted to Maintain a Legacy
Five couples had spent years camping, diving and fishing on the pacific coast. From Mexico to Washington, they met as competitive spear fishing enthusiasts. In the early ‘90s the opportunity presented itself to acquire the Coho RV property. The couples figured out a way to purchase the property and made it into a family oriented park where they could all relax and enjoy the Oregon coast on an annual basis. Two of the couples relocated and ended up calling Reedsport home for more than 20 years.
As the children of the original group grew up, the succession and legacy of the annual camping trips and future of the park became important to maintain. Some of the original group had passed on, and some have continued to return regularly. In 2018 discussions began amongst the group on how to transition ownership to the next generation. Those discussions resulted in the creation of an LLC that officially took over the operations of the park in 2020. The culmination and consolidation of the ownership was completed in 2021.

The Oregon coast is an entity unto itself. You can do everything on the coast and still be within an “urban” environment. From the ocean to the mountains, Reedsport has the adventure for you and your family.
